This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how BALSAIS, MB handles order deliveries, returns, and exchanges. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.
1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.1 PROCESSING TIME
– Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
1.2 DELIVERY TIME
– Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days.
1.3 DELIVERY PROVIDERS
– DPD courier or larger items, applicable for: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
– DPD parcel lockers for smaller items, applicable for: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
– EU countries where DPD does not operate: FedEx courier.
1.4 CUSTOMS & DUTIES
– Initial purchases: all customs/import charges are covered by BALSAIS, MB.
– Returns: all customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
2.1 RETURN PERIOD
– Returns are accepted within 14 weekdays from the date you receive your order. For returns, please contact info@balsais.com.
2.2 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be returned in original, unworn, undamaged condition, free of:
– stains or marks;
– fragrance / odor;
– alterations or modifications.
BALSAIS, MB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.3 RETURN METHOD
– Larger items such as coats: returns must be sent via courier service (parcel lockers are not accepted).
– Other items: returns may use courier or parcel locker.
If you request a return label, please get in touch with our team info@balsais.com, and we will create one for you. The cost (including any customs fees) will be deducted from your refund.
2.4 EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions.
– Return shipping and any customs fees must be paid by the customer.
– Contact info@balsais.com to arrange an exchange.
3. REFUNDS
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Refund processing time: up to 14 days from receipt of the return.
