2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
BALSAIS, MB sells limited-stock fashion products made in small quantities from plant-based materials.
We ship orders within the European Union at the moment.
3. ORDERING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
– All products are ready to ship, but produced in small runs and may sell out.
– Minor variations in colour, texture, or material may occur due to natural fabrics and individual screen settings.
– If you require custom alterations, please contact: info@balsais.com before purchasing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:
– the product is out of stock,
– payment is not authorised, or an unexpected error appears on the website.
4. PRICING
– All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
– Prices for current collections remain fixed.
– Prices for new collections may change without prior notice.
– The price at checkout is final at the time of purchase.

– DPD parcel lockers for smaller items, applicable for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
– EU countries where DPD does not operate: FedEx courier.
7. CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
– For initial purchases, all customs/import charges are covered by BALSAIS, MB.
– For returns, all customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
8.1 RETURN PERIOD

8.2 CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned products must be:
– unworn,
– unwashed,
– undamaged,
– free from fragrances, makeup stains, or any other marks.

8.3 RETURN METHOD
– For larger items such as coats: returns must be sent back using a courier service (parcel lockers are not accepted).
– Customers may request a return label from BALSAIS, MB; however, the cost of the label (including any customs fees) will be deducted from the final refund.
8.4 RETURN COSTS
All return shipping costs and any customs duties related to returns are the customer’s responsibility.
8.5 EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns.
Return shipping and customs fees for exchanges must be fully covered by the customer.
9. REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: up to 14 days after receiving the return.
10. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website— including images, designs, logos, garment shapes, product descriptions, and any creative material—is the exclusive property of BALSAIS, MB.
